Chris co-hosts the NAO Podcast, where the conversations cover music, food, and the human experiences that sit between the two. He brings the same instinct to the podcast that he brings to the kitchen — genuine curiosity about people and how they got to where they are.
His father is Ottawa Valley musician Reg Carkner — a man who started playing at 40 and spent the next 30 years on stages across Canada. That story runs in the family.
